As a self confessed 'serial overthinker', I've spent over 17 years exploring meditation, breathwork and embodied practice - not just as concepts, but as tools to stabilise my own mind and energy. Learning to navigate identity shifts, and find clarity through pressure.
I know what it’s like to overthink, to chase growth, to feel the tension between ambition and inner peace. This work wasn’t built from theory alone - it grew from learning how to regulate my own system and living what I teach.
Now, I guide conscious seekers and sensitive high achievers to do the same - to feel steady, clear, and aligned in how they live and lead.
